Turnover is the amount of qualifying play required before promotional winnings may become withdrawable. A “10x” rule is incomplete unless the terms state what is multiplied.
Bonus-only turnover
If RM10 promotional credit has 10x bonus-only turnover, the target is RM100 in qualifying wagers. This is the simpler formula:
Required turnover = bonus amount × multiplier
Deposit-plus-bonus turnover
If a user deposits RM50, receives RM10 and the terms apply 10x to deposit plus bonus, the target becomes RM600:
Required turnover = (deposit + bonus) × multiplier
Game contribution can change the effective target
A game contributing only 20% means RM100 of play may count as only RM20 toward turnover. Some games may contribute zero. Maximum-bet rules can also invalidate promotional play if exceeded.
Questions to ask
- Does the multiplier apply to bonus only or deposit plus bonus?
- Which games contribute 100%, partly or not at all?
- Is there a maximum bet while turnover remains incomplete?
- Does the promotion expire before the target is reached?
- Can balances from different wallets or game types be combined?
Why low turnover is not the only factor
A low wagering target can still be paired with a low maximum withdrawal or narrow eligible-game list. Compare the entire set of terms rather than choosing only the smallest multiplier.
